Welcome to The Crohn's Method with Kate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thecrohnsmethod.com and our related community, content, and coaching services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

The Services are provided by The Crohn's Method with Kate, offering educational content, a peer community, and coaching for people navigating life with Crohn's disease. We work alongside your medical team, never in place of it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your location, where required) to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content, coaching, and community discussion is for informational and supportive purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, or professional advice. Individual experiences vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific health outcome. You are responsible for your own health decisions and should always work with your healthcare provider.

4. Memberships, Coaching & Payments

Some Services require payment. Prices and what's included are described at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charges.
Community memberships are billed on a recurring basis where stated and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Coaching programs may run on fixed cohort or quarterly terms as described at purchase.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Any refund or guarantee terms shown on a specific offer page apply to that offer.

5. Your Account & Conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. When using our community spaces, you agree to:

Be respectful and supportive of other members;
Not share others' private information;
Not post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or misleading content;
Not use the Services to give medical advice to other members as if you were a professional;
Not disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content we provide — text, guides, videos, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Crohn's Method with Kate and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting in our community or submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are responsible for the content you share.
